PRG (PAULIN RESEARCH GROUP) 2005 FE ANALYSIS Software Releases
==============================================================
FE/PIPE 2005 - new features include Plasticity for 2D, Bricks and
Shells; Thermal Solutions for Bricks; Newton-Raphson
Incremental Nonlinear Solver; Nonlinear Solid Contact Surface
Element; New Data Interface. The following 4 new modules are
now included in FE/PIPE (besides Nozzle/PRO and Axi/PRO):

BEND/PRO - Used for analysis of Individual Bends with
Staunchions/Clips
MESH/PRO - Interfaces FE/Pipe to Autocad
661/PRO - Header Box Analysis for Fin Fan Exchangers
MAT/PRO - Materials database containing allowable stresses,
thermal properties, and other mechanical characteristics of
materials. Also generates and compares fatigue curves
(including temperate dependance) from multiple codes
including ASME, API, and European codes. It also generates
isochronous stress/strain curves, creep rupture stresses,
plasochronous stress strain curves, and high temperature
ratcheting reports in accordance with ASME Section III.

NOZZLE/PRO 2005 (Nozzle/Saddle/Leg&Lug Support Analysis)
- includes Brick Cylindrical Intersection; New File Handler;
Refined Saddle Calculations; Heat Transfer on Brick Models
(NB: Sasol Convergence Criteria - for guidelines on how to
implement the Sasol 95% convergence requirements when using
Nozzle/PRO, please read the article found at:
