Super Transition

With the Super Transition Module you will be able to calculate an unlimited number of different flat patterns. Applying the Cure Path Assistant you can create variable or constant section transitions by following a defined path (curve, line or both). You only need to create a few sections (the initial and the final one, for example) and CALDsoft will automatically calculate and unfold all intermediate sections.

Flat Patterns

All flat pattern calculation results may be viewed on screen or on printed paper in several sizes, through distances between points or through drawings with dimensions. Another innovation available on the new version is the possibility of using printing formats set up by the user. You may also use standard forms of your company, imported forms in DXF or created on the Form Editor of CALDsoft6. Other available tool it is export into CAD of the flat patterns by the universal DXF format.
 

Costs

With the cost module you will be able to provide estimates quickly and precisely by using the weight calculation of all flat patterns performed automatically by CALDsoft, and by also organizing all raw material cost tables. These calculations can be exported into electronic spread sheet (For example, Microsoft Excel) or text editors (For example, Microsoft Word).
You can also use and organize other material data (profiles, corners, bolts, etc) so as to provide cost and budgets.

Nesting

The nesting calculation allows distribution of all calculated flat patterns on one or more standard metal sheets used by the user. This allows the most economical cutting plans to be produced.
